4 Eggs

4 Egg Yolks

200g Castor Sugar

200g Butter (melted)

150g Plain Flour

50g Cocoa Powder

200g Chopped Dark Chocolate

Icing Sugar

METHOD:

Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a 20cm x 30cm oven proof dish

Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy, then beat in the melted butter.

Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and chopped chocolates and pour into the dish

Bake the pudding for 20-25 minutes or until the cake is firm to the touch.

Allow it to cool a little then dust with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream or your favorite ice cream
